Key Product Features

Integrated hand pump, no external suction

Vacuum is generated entirely by the built-in pump, enabling true single-hand operation by one clinician, with no wall suction or assistant required.

Upgraded cup design for stronger hold

The redesigned 50 mm cup improves scalp contact and maintains stable vacuum at 500–600 mmHg, reducing pop-offs (cup detachment) during traction.

Built-in traction-force indicator

Real-time visual feedback helps clinicians keep traction within recommended limits, supporting safer deliveries, training, and documentation.

Single-use economics

Eliminates reprocessing costs and turnaround time; ideal for both high-volume delivery units and low-resource settings.

Ready in seconds

Individually packed and sterilized by irradiation with a 24-month shelf life; no assembly, no reprocessing, no cross-contamination risk.

Familiar technique, minimal retraining

Clinicians proficient with the Kiwi extractor can adopt the Omni 5015G with the same core technique.

Training & Clinical Support

Flexible training — online and on-site

Every Omni 5015G customer receives structured device training led by our clinical specialists. Choose live online sessions (via Zoom/Teams, available in multiple time zones) with video demonstrations and Q&A, or on-site workshops at your hospital covering device handling, cup placement, vacuum control, and traction technique. All participants receive training materials and a certificate of completion.

Hands-on practice with simulation models

We provide obstetric simulation models (fetal head and pelvic trainer) so your team can practice cup placement over the flexion point, vacuum buildup, and controlled traction in a risk-free setting before first clinical use. Simulation training helps clinicians transition from the Kiwi extractor with confidence — typically within a single practice session.

Post-use review and ongoing technical guidance

Our support doesn't end at delivery. After initial clinical use, our specialists review de-identified procedure photos and videos submitted by your team and provide personalized feedback on cup positioning, traction angle, and technique optimization. Structured effect evaluations after each trial phase help your unit standardize best practice and improve outcomes over time.
